The home was listed as "coming soon" for two weeks before the MLS listing was active for showings and went live on a Friday before the "open house" on Sunday. Very smart idea to generate interest which it did! I had one criteria, "No" offers were to be accepted for review until after the open house and as it turned out it was sold to the first buyers to see the house on Friday.
